Rewire by Heart

For the woman who is ready to stop managing her life and start living it — from the inside out.

This is the deeper work. A three-month container designed for women who are ready to meet themselves — truly, fully — and begin the process of coming home.

We start with whatever is most pressing. The thing keeping you up. The pattern you can't seem to break. The version of yourself you keep catching glimpses of but can't quite reach. That is where we begin.

Over three months, we work at the level where change actually happens — not in the thinking mind, but in the body, the unconscious, the heart. Session by session, layer by layer, you begin to access parts of yourself that have been waiting.

The aim is not to fix you. You are not broken. The aim is integration — and the wholeness that becomes possible when you stop living in fragments.

Regular 1:1 sessions — held in deep safety, moving at your pace

Transpersonal work — guided journeys to access higher intelligence and unconscious wisdom

Parts integration — meeting and healing the parts of you held in time

Self-compassion practices — softening what has hardened, widening what has narrowed

Support between sessions — you are not alone in the in-between

A movement toward wholeness — authentic living as the destination, not a concept
