PREPARATION

Before your ceremony, we work together to help you arrive grounded - with your heart open, your intentions clear, and your nervous system ready to receive. This is not about building expectations. It is about meeting yourself honestly, and creating the inner conditions for the medicine to do its deepest work.

PREPARATION INCLUDES:

  • A dedicated session to connect with yourself and clarify your intention

  • Guidance on dietary requirement, practice, and preparing your body and nervous system

  • A personalised preparation guide to support you in the days before

  • A safe, non-directive space - you are held, never pushed

INTEGRATION

After your ceremony, the real work begins. Integration is the sacred process of weaving what you touched into every part of your being - until a single experience becomes a permanent shift in how you live.

We meet three times, spaced with intention, to honour each stage of the unfolding.
