I know what it feels like to carry a wound so deeply it becomes invisible — the quiet background hum of not enough, the fire kept hidden, the self sent outward in search of validation.
My own journey began in a home where I learned early to mask, to manage, to make myself useful. To keep the light small so as not to disturb the dark around it.
Through my own healing and awakening I came to understand that what I once thought was luck was something far more profound.
It was alignment. Heart and mind moving as one. Without separation. Without doubt.
