I know what it feels like to carry a wound so deeply it becomes invisible, the quiet background hum of not enough, the fire kept hidden, the self sent outward in search of validation. My own journey began in a home where I learned early to mask, to manage, to make myself useful. To keep the light small so as not to disturb the dark around it. Through my own healing, and the profound experiences that cracked me open along the way, I found my way back to something I had lost. A place where heart and mind move as one. Without separation. Without doubt. That is what I want for you. I am Isabel, Heartful Integration Coach and founder of Rewire by Heart.
